Nrep invests over half a billion DKK in project in Ørestaden

The transaction is carried out as a forward purchase and the project, which will be an ambitious and sustainable wooden building, is expected to be completed in H2 2026. The project will be operated under Nrep's “Noli Studios” concept, which combines rental housing and hotel apartments.

We have assisted Nrep throughout the entire transaction process from entering into the LoI, to due diligence and negotiation of the purchase agreement.
