NREP acquires Comfort Hotel
We have advised NREP on the acquisition of Comfort Hotel from the American investment fund, Starwood Capital.
NREP is planning to renovate the hotel's impressive 13,560 sqm located on Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen, which comprises 399 rooms, and upgrade it to be self-sufficient with green energy to reduce the property's CO2 emissions.
