Niam buys office property from Industriens Pension for DKK 130 million
We have advised the Swedish capital manager Niam on the acquisition of a substantial office property located in Gladsaxe Business Park in Søborg, north of Copenhagen.
The office property spans over 7,300 square meters and currently houses the tenant Novo Nordisk. Since 2017, the property has been part of Industriens Pension's real estate portfolio, which has now sold the property to Niam for 130 million DKK.
