New partnership brings together the development of Jernbanebyen in Copenhagen

The joint venture aims to consolidate the development of Jernbanebyen (The Railway City) under a common ownership when a local plan for the area is adopted. With the establishment of the unique and ambitious collaboration, the parties have now set the common framework for the further development of the 365,000 square meter urban development area, located on DSB's historic sites in the area between Vesterbro, Kgs. Enghave and Teglholmen. The ambition is to develop a district that sets new standards within both sustainability and health.
