Industriens Pension is building a new headquarters for Lundgrens in Nordhavn
We have advised Industriens Pension on the acquisition of a construction site from By & Havn for a new office domicile with Lundgrens as a tenant.
The upcoming construction is designed by the architectural firm Henning Larsen and will be situated near Orientkaj Metro Station with a view of the canals in Nordhavn. It is being built to the highest environmental standards, with an expected DGNB Platinum certification. Industriens Pension will soon initiate the project with Nordstern serving as the general contractor.
