Danske Shoppingcentre to lease newly renovated hotel tower to Comwell
We've assisted Danske Shoppingcentre (Danish Shopping Centers) and Lyngby Storcenter in developing a new hotel project for the center. Following extensive renovation, Comwell is set to become the new hotel operator for the property.
The 13-story hotel, situated atop Lyngby Storcenter, will feature around 200 state-of-the-art rooms, an inviting restaurant, lobby, and co-working area, a rooftop bar, a modern street-level eatery, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the entire city.
The total renovation is expected to kick off in 2024 and likely span over two years.
