CapMan acquires project in Sydhavn for DKK 1.24 billion from NREP and AG Gruppen
Finnish asset manager CapMan has purchased three residential blocks totaling 28,400 square meters of rental housing in Sydhavn for a total of DKK 1.24 billion from a joint venture between NREP and AG Gruppen.
The ambitious construction, also known as Køhlers Have, was completed less than half a year ago and is built according to the latest environmental and social sustainability standards – and is now fully leased.
This marks the fourth investment for CapMan in Denmark and the sixth overall in CapMan's Nordic-focused pan-Nordic core residential fund (CMRF).
