ATP Ejendomme sells Borups Alle 177 to Copenhagen Municipality

We have assisted ATP Ejendomme A/S with the sale of the 26,000 sqm office building at Borups Allé 177 to Copenhagen Municipality. As a result, the Copenhagen Municipality goes from being the tenant of the office building to becoming the owner.
