Areim acquires industrial property in the western part of Copenhagen
We advised the Swedish fund manager Areim on the acquisition of the property Priorparken 839 in Brøndby, Denmark.
The acquisition of the property is part of Areim's investment strategy and brings their portfolio of light industry in the Nordic region to approximately 55 properties with a total rental area of 215,000 sqm.
